Consent first
Guest details are only collected when a guest chooses to share them, for the event they are attending
No facial recognition
Behind the Crowd does not use facial recognition, biometric identification or covert surveillance of any kind
Interaction data, not tracking
We measure interactions that happen at the touchpoints of an event, not a guest's movements outside it
Purpose limited
Information is used to measure and report on the event it was collected for, on behalf of the organiser
Held securely
Data is stored on access controlled systems and only reachable by the people who need it to run the event
