Simple terms for guests and organisers
These terms apply when you register for an event, receive a pass or take part in a measured experience
They sit alongside the privacy page and any terms set by the event organiser
Your event pass
A pass is a random code that identifies you at the event only
It holds no personal information inside the QR code or tagOne pass, one guest
A pass belongs to the person who claims it
Once claimed it cannot be claimed again by anyone elseLost or damaged passes
Event staff can issue a replacement pass so your earlier activity stays with you
What is measured
Scans at participating experiences, samples received, interest you register, survey answers you give and purchases you choose to record
What is never shown publicly
Your name, email and mobile stay private to the event organiser
Reports show combined numbers onlyTaking part is your choice
You may use a pass without registering, and you may ask the event team to remove your details at any time
Event specific terms
Each organiser may add its own participation terms for prizes, sampling or purchases at the event
